  Saved me from the Heat!. This is the second time I have used Bill’s Sales and Service and they impress me. The calls are always handled professionally and they do what they say they will do. The technicians know their stuff. They offer their services without being pushy. Kirby was the best! I will not only continue to use Bill’s Sales and Service, but will refer all my family and friends to them as well.

  If I was able to not leave any stars I would. Poor customer service. I had them come look at my air to tell me what was wrong and not even a month later called and asked them to set a day for them to come fix my air. I called multiple times last week and no one ever called.me back. I called today and talked to the office or whatever it is and he didn't understand why the technician isn't calling me to schedule a time and day. Do not reccomend. Poor salesmanship.

  We was very happy with the fast service we got from Bill's Sales and Service. Kirby explained in detail all that needed to be done and he was very friendly. That kind of service is hard to fine. Thanks
