  If you love racists, you'll love Bill Urbach. In addition to his poor service you will receive racist comments when asking about prices. If you act now Bill will also throw in a free derogatory comment about your wife!

  All I can say is that Bill isn’t a man who accepts offers lower than asking. He responded to me in a harsh and inappropriate way and told me to go F myself. And from what I can tell by a couple other reviews he has a thing for insulting you significant other. Would not recommend his services

  Terribly unprofessional, owner doesn’t know how to control what he says and simply acted like a child when constructive criticism was given. I would take your business elsewhere as I would never recommend Bills Heating & Cooling to anyone that values themselves as he used very disgusting & unprofessional language about a significant other.
