  Bill installed a Mitsuishi heat pump in Sept. 2019 Love it - haven't gotten to AC part yet. (When will Winter be over?) He is totally professional & competent. He did a water heater & water softener for me 13+ yrs ago too, and it is still in operation. Very trustworthy - we weren't even home part of the time for his work. Responds promptly. He also did some other electrical work for us at a different time. One of the "good guys"

  Bill is the best!! He knows his systems and explains everything in layman's terms. I own a mini split that Bill sized for my application; not only does it both hear and cool my home it has saved me $$ in fuel cost.

  We were having problems with a brand new furnace not heating the house. We had it looked at by two other individuals but it still wasn’t fixed. Bill Owens came and figured out the problem and had it repaired quickly. We highly recommend his service, he knows what he’s doing.
