Bill Marsh Ford has been my go to place for at least 10 years or more for my Edge and F150. They fix things that need fixing and treat me like family. The lounge is nice and airy and restrooms are clean. The employees are nice and friendly.

Each person I met was friendly and helpful. I had warranty work that needed to be completed as well as resyncing my phone to my car. They were timely with the warranty work. A gentleman came to my car and assisted me with resyncing my phone with the car. It was a great experience at this location. Thank you!

I drove to the dealership in Kalkaska at the request of the service advisor so photos could be taken of the back door rusting/paint peeling issue on my 2018 Ford Explorer. I was shocked to hear that nothing could be done under warranty because there were no visible holes in the door???? Our niece happens to have the exact same vehicle that she purchased in Grand Rapids. She has a paint/rust issue (no visible holes) that was addressed at the dealership there. She is scheduled to get a replacement under warranty. I am wondering who is able to help us get the same warranty support as she received from the Ford dealership in Grand Rapids?
