  Maybe they are really busy this summer but they were pretty unprofessional. When we called about a two or three hour installation job, he said that he could come sometime the next week. He did not call or show up. About a month after the initial call, we called up to ask if they could come sometime and they said they would call back soon to arrange a time to come. They never did. We finally just called City Plumbing, who had a plumber here in under ten minutes to do the job right away. So, can't say anything about Bill's actual work since he never came and didn't want our business.

  I discovered we had a sewer leak late at night and needed to have a plumber come as soon as possible the next morning. I started calling plumbers at 7 am the next morning and the first to answer was Bill Jones. His crew was here a couple of hours later and had us fixed up. Great people and very prompt. Highly recommend.
