  Bill, did super job of fire hardening our buildings, and plumbing exterior fire sprinklers. Painted two building exteriors, repaired dry rot, has all the gear including scaffolding, to do fast , good work. Installed attic fan and all new LED lights in our shop. Did a chimney sweep for our wood stove and made quite a few dump runs. Always on time, works quickly with reasonable rates. Highly recommended!

  Bill is doing the maintenance in the apartment complex I have lived in for 13 years. He has quickly fixed so many things in my apartment. He fixed my sliding door, my toilet, kitchen faucet. My bed needed to be on an angle as that was ordered by my physician. He fixed the bed-frame in the most ingenious way so that my medical needs were met. Bill also created the most lovely sign for the front of our building that has solar powered lights above. The management loves him and all the neighbors have enjoyed the same experience as myself. He is a welcome face in our friendly neighborhood of Ron Mar Apartments.

  Bill is AMAZING!! He was quickly able to install an exit duct for my garage AC unit. He was quickly able to fix a light fixture that had been troubling us for some time!! Another time I was having a problem with my HVAC leaking over into the garage and he took my call late in the evening on his own time, arrived next morning first thing and helped take care of us!!! I don't write many reviews, unless the review is worthy. Bill finds us important to help out as quickly as possible, and so I return the favor in writing this review!!!!!
