  Our thermostat went out on a Saturday. Herb responded to our call for help. He was polite, professional, friendly, and even brought in a shop vac and cleaned up after himself! Thank you so much!

  I wasn’t aware that they were coming to check the water meter this morning in Winifred, MT. They beat on my door and opened it, yelling very loudly. I had to calm my 8 month old baby down and rush to see who it was. 3 of the Big Sky Plumbing workers were ready to barge into my home and demanded that I tell them where my water meter is. My house is currently under construction, so I redirected them to my husband and construction crew outside. The main guy was incredibly rude. This company has no respect, or any sense of professional service. To beat down a door and open it yelling without permission is unbelievable. They woke up my sleeping baby and scared me only to check our water meter! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  We are very happy with Big Sky Plumbing & Heating. They are always friendly and professional and explain what needs to be done for each job they come out for. Great people!
