  Do not under any circumstances use this company. Beyond Air Services was advertised to me on Facebook and I chose to take advantage of their offer of $130 for a duct cleaning. I called before scheduling and explained the set up of our house and was assured they could complete the cleaning for the advertised price. When the technician showed up, he added another $150 to the price, more than doubling the confirmed rate. He brought in a machine and “cleaned” but am unconvinced the ducts are any cleaner. That was bad, but then when the technician finished the cleaning, we realized our furnace was no longer working. We couldn’t get a response from the company until the next day. We have a six month old baby in the house and had to sleep in a freezing cold house in February. We contacted the company and they are unwilling to do anything even though we are asking for a simple refund. Then they blocked me on Facebook in response. I recommend no one ever uses this company, especially if you need to use the heating system in your house”
