  I am a Union HVACR tech with 18yrs experience And of course my sister called me first when her heat went out , Im 360 miles away 😑. She was concerned about needing it fixed as it was 20 outside. I diagnosed it over video As being a bad sequencer and a burnt wire. She called for a service call the next day. The technician showed up exactly when he was supposed too! he was extremely pleasant and and told my sister exactly what was going on through the entire repair process. At Christmas break I decided to come to my sister's house and inspect his work and he did a fantastic job, he put all the screws back he rewired it correctly and took the time to make it look good. he used the right parts for the job "they were the more expensive parts which I would recomend". Im happy someone I can trust is close by I'm impressed how he handled this service call from a professional point of view. Give that Tech a raise 👏 🙌

  My unit was running poorly so I gave these guys a shot. Probably not the best choice. Going to be pending testing, but I’m almost positive they put 410a in my R22 system. They refuse to own up to it but I have now found camera footage proving they installed the wrong refrigerant. My unit will now not cool and Will most likely need to be replaced. Stay away if you can.
