  Bryan returned our phone call immediately and to my pleasant surprise offered to do the job the same day an hour or so after our conversation. Who does that? Our central air conditioner was freezing up and our condenser coil needed a thorough cleaning. Zack our technician was pleasant, professional, and respectful, and he answered all my questions with knowledge and expertise. The problem is all fixed and my wife and I are relaxing in cool, cozy comfort with a properly working air conditioner. I would definitely not hesitate to use BETTER HEATING AND AIR again. Many thanks to Bryan and to Zack!

  Bryan was prompt to return call and reported to call within the hour. Diagnosed the problem, order part and got the issue fixed asap. Highly recommend Bryan, he’s straight shooter who will get the job done.

  They offer competitive pricing and superb customer service. Brian our technician has 30 years experience and is very knowledgeable. He was quick to respond to texts or calls, and made sure we were happy with everything. He and his crew installed our new unit, which included a build out of our air return, in one day. He made sure we understood the options, our needs, and steered us away from too big a unit. Then once installed he took the time needed to adjust system and explain it all to us. He always has a good attitude and was helpful. The crew also took the time to clean up when they were finished. Highly recommend them!
