  We were very pleased with Paul L., the Betlem technician who checked and cleaned the furnace. Since we had acquired the house a year ago he completely explained how to efficiently maintain the unit. He trudged in the snow in our back yard to make sure of its functionality and fully explained what he had done and what we should do. His explanations left us with confidence for operating the furnce. In addition, since we have five cats he was careful not to allow them to leave the house. He gets five stars from us and Betlem is now our choice.

  Joe C did a thorough evaluation of my furnace and completed the repairs efficiently. He explained everything he did in a professional manner. I was totally satisfied with his work. I will definitely use Betlem residential in the future.

  My furnace was installed and I kept calling back complaining that it makes this loud clicking noise and they came out saying it was fine. The noise on the new Furnace is so loud it sounds like someone is inside my house. Not only that it’s so loud that the blower is loud as well. Not happy at all!!
