  Our subcontractor ordered stainless steel panels from the other side of the country. The order received was incorrect, and the missing panel was holding up our entire project -- the floor tiling, the rest of the HVAC work, installation of equipment, etc. We called Best-Way with our fingers crossed hoping they would help us keep our commercial project on track. They had the panel ready for us within 3 hours...and it cost less than the shipping alone on the panel we were waiting on. The next time we remodel, we'll be asking our contractors to source locally. The product was better quality, and the service was exceptional.
