  Ray and Shawn, the guys behind Best Quote are amazing to deal with, super friendly, responsive, and punctual. They came out and replaced our failing AC system with a new system and at a price that was a lot more affordable than I had expected. Their work is super clean and the new system works way better than our previous one. I highly recommend Best Quote HVAC to anyone in need of HVAC or Plumbing services.

  We are new to Franklin and 2 days after moving into our new home, the AC went out. Best Quote was extremely responsive and prompt in locating and installing a new high quality brand name unit for a fair price. We compared 3 companies and Best Quote stood out by far for many reasons. Communication, price, and service. Ray and Shawn installed it quickly and we really felt at ease having them in our home. They are knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining all of our options. They went above and beyond and provided advice for all of our 3 units. We are now set up for seasonal maintenance and recently used Best Quote for a whole home water filtration system. Again, best price, good quality work and wonderful customer service. This is a family owned business and we would highly recommend them to our own friends or family.

  Ray and Shawn installed new ducts and vents, and a solar powered attic fan. We could not have asked for a better team. They were all about doing the job, and doing it right! We are so pleased with the results. We would highly recommend that you give them a call.
