  Dan did a good job cleaning and servicing our gas fireplace. He was very passionate and the end result was a much warmer and more efficient fireplace. He kept his work area very neat and clean, and vacuumed carefully when he was finished. 5 stars all the way.

  I made an appointment with one of the staff in December to take a look at a commercial heating unit that wasn't working correctly. They were supposed to call before they head over but they never did and when I called them, they said they didn't have a technician for the scheduled appointment. So I re-schedule. Same thing happen but this time they said their technician had an emergency. So I re-scheduled for a third time for today and again, no technician showed up. When I called them about my appointment, the customer representative said she'd have to call the technician manager to figure out what's going on. Almost a month of re-scheduling and zero communication from this company - I absolutely do not recommend.
