  My rating is around 4.5 - 5.0. They're very precise and professional with their plumbing and what's needed to get the job done. Minor details of trial and error can be tricky with any job and unknown foundations within homes or odd piping, but they navigated the terrain well and in sporty time making it seem normal, which is experience. I had two teams come out to finish the job. The second job had different proposed methods of how to get out old piping. I was pleased to hear the first teams quick confidence in methods, but the next week caused for a different team, also an affiliate of best choice; Arrow Plumbing. I was worried at first about not being on board with the first plan of attack, but pleasantly surprised to see how the second proposed method was executed. They have good logic here, try to keep the space clean and clean up well enough. I would use them again if need be. Do I have complaints? Very minor possibly, which is just a mix up on the amount of piping utilized and needing of more material for the second team, which the roof drain wasn't apart of the job, so it's an unfinished section, which I'll have to possibly complete. It was a miscommunication between parties of city and work order perhaps.

  I have been using this company since I bought my first house almost 9 years ago. They have replaced garage disposals, water heater, fixed leaky pipes and the latest was replace a sewage ejector pump and install a hose bib. The technician I really trust is Chris. He takes the time to explain things and answers my many questions. It makes me feel at ease.

  I can’t begin to start explaining how bad of an experience I had with this company. They were highly rated and my realtor recommended, but this was the worst service I’ve ever had. They sent someone out five times to look at why my water wasn’t getting hot in a tenant occupied apartment. Each time they badmouthed the last technician and rediagnosed the issue with something different. They kept leaving without validating the water got hot. Ultimately they ended up having me pay for a brand new water heater and had two technicians completely refurbish it with all new parts TWICE! They wouldn’t refund me anything for my now refurbished water heater and the facts that my tenants had to vacate for the extended time it took them to fix the issue. I was extremely patient, but the customer service was terrible and they kept saying they would call me back and wouldn’t. At the end they told me that it was just the electric connected to the water heater and I never needed a new one. I could go on and on and show you the condition they left my place in and the leaks caused in the wall. This was extremely stressful and a disaster of an experience! Stay away!!!!
