  Just had my heating checkup. Especially want to say thanks to the tech--very friendly, very professional, willing to wear the mask with no comment or eye rolling. Liked that he went through each component and told me how it performed after the check. Been using these guys a long time. Generally excellent work, although probably not the cheapest folks in town. I've gone elsewhere on occasion, but I always come back!

  We had a pipe freeze in the winter weather and when it thawed and was leaking under our house. BertBlack technician came to our home on short notice, got to our home before his estimated time, and had everything fixed and water restored to our home within 40 minutes! Excellent service. Highly recommend!
