  Thank you to the Berken team! Furnace was on its last leg in the middle of a cold snap. Had a replacement installed in two days. Helpful, patient, and answered all question both technical and financial without hesitation. In the past, the owner personally helped me through issues in the middle of the night two days in a row.

  Berkin has been out to my place 5 times for $1500.00 to fix my Carrier spilt unit because it is freezing up in the overhead units. When they come out here they blame the problem on everything but the unit that is freezing up. The last time time they were out here was 6 weeks ago ( today is 4-18-22 ) an the technical came in the building an said here was going to have make some calls to Carrier after 2 1/2 hours in the van he came in an said he would get back with me how they were going to fix my problem, 2 weeks went by I had no call back so I call the Office an said the technician would call me back an never got a call back, after 2 more weeks without a call back I called an asked to talk to the owner an the owner agreed the unit never should freeze up, he also said he would call Carrier an get back with me about how they were going to fix the problem, he has not called me back with a solution l out $1500.00 an still have my unit still freezing up. I have to let the ice melt off every morning and then the unit works for another day.

  Jeff from Berken heating and cooling arrived early and assessed the outside location for furnace ventilation and potential location for central air unit. We then reviewed the current heating and cooling arrangements. He pointed out pros and cons of existing system and presented his company's options and brochures. Jeff was very knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions. The detailed quote was received 2 days later. I am very impressed with the entire process so far.
