  What a professional company! It’s unusual to find such dedicated, honest, qualified people such as as those at Bentleys. The installation crew of Jerry and Victor were amazing. Very polite, clean and timely. I would highly recommend Bentley Air Conditioning to anyone in the upstate heading service, sales or maintenance of their HVAC systems. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!

  Mr. Bentley came to our rescue. It was a holiday weekend, and even though he doesn't typically handle the service calls himself, he personally came out to get the air conditioner working again at our house. In fact, given the holiday weekend, he was in the middle of enjoying holiday plans with his family, but when he heard that the need was for a family with two special needs children, he personally attended to the call and had our AC back to full function without skipping a beat. Excellent service, caring, and professional. So thankful for this guy.

  Melvin & the team at Bentley’s did EXACTLY what they quoted, when they promised, with no surprises; our family couldn’t be happier. The team was very professional and had the most competitive pricing for a consumer reports well-rated brand, Rheem, of the 5 companies we had quote a new HVAC unit. They were exact and transparent with their quotes and didn’t skip any details when it came time to install. They offered a strong warranty without any silly annual warranty fees and even completed all of the paperwork on our behalf. I would definitely use Bentley’s again!
