Cole was amazing to work with!
Our situation required several visits to complete. They communicated when they would be there and were always on time. They explained the situation in terms I understood and were very patient to answer all questions. I don't say this often, but I actually felt their charges were very reasonable.
This company would be my first call if I needed service again, and I would highly recommend this company.

I’ve been using Bennett’s for about 5 years for the installation of a HVAC system at one home, and service and maintenance on another home.  Cole is usually the one that does the maintenance and he’s always professional, great communication, and most importantly someone I can trust.

Great guys, prompt, professional & courteous.  Found the problem fast & fixed what they could.  Turns out also had an electrical issue & recommended an electrician (Fauber) who took care of that problem with the same professionalism!

On 9-11-2020 had a maintenance check and the young man told us we needed a new furnace, called his office to get a quote! Also spent quite a bit of time on c-phone for personal calls! We were not comfortable with the info he had given! Called someone else out 2 days later changed apart and was told the furnace should last for quite a long time! Thank you for getting back with me. I have found your invoice for your furnace inspection, quote for noted repairs on your furnace, and quote for replacing your furnace, all of which were completed on 10/11/19. Exactly 2 years before this review was posted.

The invoice for your furnace inspection, the quote for noted repairs on your furnace, and quote for replacing your furnace were all emailed to you on the same day and are time stamped in our database (inspection invoice was sent on 10/11/19 at 2:05 PM, quote for repairs was sent on 10/11/19 at 2:05 PM, and the quote for replacing your furnace was sent on 10/11/19 at 2:05 PM). If these did not reach your inbox I do apologize for the technical malfunction, and I do apologize that we were not connected via phone call as that has never happened to us and was most likely a technical difficulty.

As for our technician being on his phone, our techs use their phones to get in touch with both family, other technicians, and HVAC supply houses, the last of which is 100% necessary in order for them to provide accurate quotes for repairs and to perform their duties as a technician.

When called out for an inspection at a home or business, we thoroughly go though and test the system to find any parts that may be weak at the time, showing wear, or may cause problems later on in the life cycle of the furnace if not properly addressed. Sometimes the system is running perfect, sometimes there are a few issues that need addressed. When we find these problems/potential problems during inspections they are noted and sent over as a separate quote from the inspection invoice. Looking back at the notes provided by the technician there are a few things he quoted. One of which was a major repair, as the system was not operating properly on arrival. Our technician quoted the repair needed to fix the issue, as well as other repairs that if not addressed would cause system failure down the road. Our customers are always free to pick and choose on what repairs they would like completed, but our technicians will always quote other necessary repairs if they need attention, so the homeowner is at least aware of the problem should system failure happen due to declining a certain repair after a repair is completed.

I’m glad your furnace issue was resolved and is still running, and I do apologize for any inconvenience our technical difficulties caused you.

I talked to Dan last month and he gave me a quote and told me to call him directly and make an appointment when I’m ready. I tried calling back and this very rude woman picked up the phone and treated me so unprofessionally, she wouldn’t tell me when I could call to schedule with and just asked me to leave a message. I left 3 messages already, I don’t want to leave a message, I want to talk to Dan again and get my air fixed. She said I’m never going to be able to talk to Dan. This is ridiculous, I’m questioning whether this is even a real business or just one big scam. Don’t bother calling this company. It’s just a waste of time. They don’t have any intention to actually do any work. Have a Blessed Day

These guys are so awesome!  Our furnace died and we called Bennett HVAC and spoke with a super friendly girl, who sent Cole within just a few hours to check out our old system.  With us already knowing we needed a new one, we got our estimate and decided to go with a Trane.  The install crew was on time, super friendly, and cleaned up after themselves.  We are SO pleased with all of the service, and the professionalism and friendliness of everyone we've encountered from this company!  Thanks, guys!!

Our AC went out on the first warm day of the season. My wife called Bennett’s HVAC and they arrived within a couple of hours.  Danny and Cole thoroughly diagnosed our old AC and determined there was a leak among other issues (too many to list).  They walked my wife through every step of the process. When it came time to make a decision, Danny and Cole called me while I was at work and walked me through all of our options.  They know what they’re talking about, they are honest, professional and did a damn fine job installing out new AC unit.  When you have to make a large purchase on a home service, you want to feel the people you’re doing business with are going to do right by you.  We definitely had this experience with Bennett’s HVAC.  Danny and Cole were great.  This is a trustworthy business, and I would recommend them to all of my friends, family and coworkers.

The Bennetts are a family owned business that helped with my family's last house when our furnace went out in February a few years ago. They had a new unit put in faster than we expected. Bennetts are straight forward, thorough, and knowledgeable. We recently bought a foreclosure and they had to replace the air conditioner, furnace, humidifier, and clean the air ducts. They're very quick to respond and extremely nice. They also offer financing. If you need a maintenance done, a new unit, or any HVAC need, I highly recommend Bennett's HVAC.

Our AC unit started blowing air, getting the indoor temperature above 80. We called Bennett’s and had a serviceman out the very next day. They diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything to us clearly and intelligently. We were very happy with the quality of the maintenance visit and we plan to use Bennett again if we ever have another issue!
