We needed emergency furnace repair on a Saturday. Bennet Air was the only company who actually had a person answer the phone, Kim. Kim was wonderful and kept me informed of arrival time. Rick came out 2 hours later and fixed the problem and also spent some time with us explaining the codes etc on the system so we have a better idea of what to troubleshoot in the future. Very pleased with both Kim and Rick's professionalism and responsiveness.

Ricky, Kim, Amanda and the whole Bennett Air staff were amazing to work with! From start to finish they were responsive, efficient, and professional. They made the process of buying and installing a new HVAC unit for our home completely painless. Just before Christmas my furnace went out and would not heat my house. Bennett Air came out and quickly determine it was the circuit board was bad. They order the part and replaced it and furnace worked again. Next day the igniter went bad and called them back and they came out the next day and replaced the igniter. Very quick and efficient and professional. Highly recommend this company.
