  Charging an hourly wage to collect police reports on a community in hopes to clean it up for the city is beyond ridiculous. We get reports sent for free and automatically from other counties as they know we are helping clean up these mobile home parks. Please consider changing this procedure as you will always have high crime if we can’t do anything about it. Bemidji is the only city out of all of our 7 parks that does this.

  Absolute worst justice system in the books. Tried to pay warrant got there at 2:58 and I left at 4:16, and all that happened was I ran from building to building because nobody knew where to get the warrant paid. Expect me to handle my criminal business and try and be a good citizen, but not only make it hard but impossible. Staff are disrespectful and unintelligible when it comes to performing their job. Awful

  Came to visit BSU and had a hard time finding parking spot .Then found a spot with a parking meter .Ok fine .Put $2 in quarters and the meter was broken!! No sign on it! So I parked in another spot and put my money in. Stayed over the time allotted so I better not get a ticket!! It said on meter "checked 24/7" must check for money and not check if they actually work!! Very annoying .
