  Bell’s installed heating and air in our new home we built just 3 years ago. Since then, we have had to replace the coil in one of the units 3 times now. The 2nd replacement coil was used, when it was supposed to be new, leading to the 3rd replacement. The new company that we have working on them today, after having issues yet again with two of the units, states that the “new” unit we are having to replace the compressor in, Bell’s installed at construction, was actually a used unit with a compressor from a different unit, that they installed as new. They had different serial numbers. We have had to pay over $7500 in repairs, not including items covered under warranty, on a home that is 3 years old. I would definitely not recommend using Bell’s for any heating or A/C needs!
