  These guys were great. I had 2 other companies come by before them and they both told me I had to replace my furnace. Bell bros fixed my furnace and gave me an extremely fair price. I was so impressed I signed up for their yearly maintenance service. I have a baby and our house had been freezing for a week. Space heater was not enough. Thank you guys so much!

  Bell Bros completed a removal of my old HVAC AC and Furnace from the garage and installed a new system in the crawl space. They also rerouted a number of ducts to minimize space they consume. Overall customer service, install, and equipment experience was very good I only retracted one star because it did take a long time to get service to come in and make some final changes discussed at the time of installation. I realize this is partially due to COVID and staffing limitations. Initial install was scheduled within a few days of purchase and a large crew came and worked two days straight. Final touches weren't completed for a couple months, partially due to my schedule and partially a challenge getting crews together. This was the only time I was frustrated with the experience. All crew members are friendly, polite, and completed good work. They took direction from me and tried hard to meet my demanding expectations. They kept those expectations in mind while working and communicated with me to help make decisions when necessary. I felt they valued my opinion and were aiming to please. The purchase process was easy with Cyrus, he was helpful and easily reached. He answered all of my questions, and wanted my business without being pushy. Bell Bros had similar pricing to another large company but was definitely lower. When I identified an issue post installation - something I didn't anticipate regarding ventilation noise on the outside of the house, the lead (Alvaro) listened to my concerns, and together we identified a solution that resulted in my complete satisfaction of the final installation. Today, the install is complete and my garage looks so much better without the old system and ducts all over the place! Thanks Bell Bros!

  Heater inspection I have a fear of finding contractors as I don’t know whom to trust and often these jobs are costly. There was a $99 fee for inspection service, but it was so worth it as everyone, from the customer service rep who picked up my phone to the technicians, was extremely professional and timely. Everything was transparent and I appreciate Sal & Michelle for doing a thorough job in inspecting and sending me all necessary info after.
