  Had a great experience with the counter guy (Big Jim), he looked up information for me and was happy to do it. I would recommend any contractor to visit store to buy material.

  Behler-Young counter employee states, "we are bound by corporate policy not by law"...you go can call our corporate office about law. Okay, perhaps you can post on the front door you are not open to the public.
