My dislike of this business is not listed. And ultimately I tried to do business with them. My not doing so is a failure on their part. I called them on Monday to see if they could replace a thermostat wire under the house as the two handymen I had called before were no call/no shows. The guy I spoke with said that they would go under the house and replace the line. He said he had a couple of skinny guys that could do it. He was very nice, took my info and said they'd give me a call first thing in the morning to set up an appointment and that they opened at 8am. Well, 9 am rolled around and I hadn't heard from them so I called them and the nice lady on the phone set up an appointment for thursday. Ok, no problem! I got a call this morning at 830 am which is wednesday that a technician could come out now and get it done. A day early? Great! So I get someone over to my house and get everything ready for the guy to come. Get a call from Bee line and the guy can't find my house. Apparently they wrote the house number down wrong, Easy fix. I give her directions to tell the tech and wait another 10 minutes or so as it doesn't take more than that to get across town and I'm centrally located. Still no tech. So I call back and ask if he's still having trouble finding the place and I get passed off to "the manager" who proceeds to tell me that her guys don't go under houses to repair things as it's too dangerous and it's too muddy today so they can't do it. (It's supposed to rain all week and I've not had AC since friday. The underside of my house is also enclosed so no mud down there, but she never asked about that.) I proceed to ask her when they might be able to come out and just move the thermostat to an exterior wall. I'm of course frustrated by now as they told me they'd do something and now they won't. She get's a bit of an attitude and tells me that she doesn't know when it'll be and she'd have to look at her schedule and call me back. But then also recommends a place that I can't find on Google to get their number. It's been over 3 hours and she still hasn't called back so it's safe to say she wasn't trying very hard to make it right with the run around that I've had. I was hoping to support a new and local small business by calling them. But if this is the nonsense that has to be dealt with, I won't be calling them ever again.

Prompt and knowledgeable service. Kyle made sure to explain what the problem was and how he would correct the problem. Will definitely continue to do business with them for yearly service.
