  We had used this company for a couple years to service an AC unit. When it came to replace the unit, the tech came and looked at it to give us an estimate and then we never heard from them again. I called multiple times and was told “were working on it, we’ll call you soon” or that the person who handles it wasn’t in. I called every day for a couple months and they didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me they didn’t want to do it (it was a tough job apparently). I recommend not using this company if you think it will be a difficult task because clearly they don’t care about following up with customers. Very dissatisfied.
