Had them come out to repair my furnace and with 12 hours it was not working again. When I called them to tell them the lady told me it would be another service charge of $95 to come and troubleshoot again. That each time they come out it is a service charge and their work is not guaranteed. They are only troubleshooting and it is a guess. She told me it took them 8 tries to get it right once. I thanked her and then called Sunny Appliance Repair who came out and fixed the problem and guaranteed their work.
