  I have received services from this company through Frigidaire as I do have extended warranty for my Frigidaire Refrigerator. I used to be happy earlier with the technician they used to send as I took couple of services from them in the past. But since yesterday's experience I am scared to go with this company in near future. I had an issue with my icemaker along with two other problems. Firstly the technician showed up yesterday (this appointment has been scheduled a week ago) without the most important parts (ice maker) because he totally missed to order the ice maker at the time of his initial visit which was almost 3 weeks ago. Here it reflects how much professional he was. I did turn off the appliance for 24 hrs as I was under the impression that he will change the ice maker. But NO!!! it was not done because of the technician's lack of memory. The other job (putting gasket and fixing the led display) he has done yesterday, was not PERFECT at all. He changed the gasket in one side of the refrigerator (didn't change the other side even though there is clearly a tear visible on that gasket) and since then the cold air is coming out from the refrigerator, water droplets are accumulating inside and outside the refrigerator. Since yesterday I have called them several times, spoke to the manager and other CS and begged them for sending someone asap to fix AT LEAST the gasket issue ( because they have to order the ice maker and I need to wait until then) which has been DONE by THEIR TECHNICIAN only but they are not willing to send anyone until they receive the other parts so that the technician can make one trip only. They should not put any customer go through like this when it is CLEARLY THEIR TECHNICIAN's FAULT. I am very much DISAPPOINTED. Note: After several request for not sending the same guy to repair, they have sent the same guy without my consent and here are the pics attached what job he performed in his second visit on Friday Sept 17. Either he put damaged gasket or he damaged it while putting it . I have found it while I was trying to dig into the issue why water condensation is still there even after their second time visit and do the repair.

Will and Dan always clear, responsive, honest, and effective in their scheduling and hands on work. Highly recommend
