  My mother in Southport has had various issues with her AC units over the years and has always been pleased with the quality of their service and in such a timely manner. Very reasonable prices, honest and hard working. Knowing my mom is in good hands with such kind personnel is such a relief to me being that I reside couple hours away. Thanks Beach Maintenance for such exception service. C.H. thinks you guys are tops in her book!

  My Mother's A/C unit completely stopped working 2 days ago and when I called Beach Maintenance the owner answered my call while on another service call and he was able to fit my mother's A/C problems into his schedule and was at her house within 2 hours of me calling him!!! He was very professional and extremely honest with my mother which is very hard to come by these days with alot of businesses unfortunately. I highly recommend Beach Maintenance and will be letting all of my family and friends and neighbors know how satisfied we are with his services!!! Thank you so much Beach Maintenance for helping my mother so promptly and honestly!!

  I highly recommend Beach Maintenance. My HVAC system had to be replaced in May 2018. I contacted several local carriers for quotes along with Beach Maintenance. Beach Maintenance was the most reasonable. Will Mayes, the owner, did a complete evaluation of my townhouse system needs. He took the time to sit with me and explain the unit size I need for my home and a breakdown of all cost involved. He gave me options for brands, price, and warranty. Beach Maintenance was able to accommodate my work schedule. Will and his team installed my until on a Saturday morning! I am very pleased with the service I received throughout this whole progress from buying the unit, installation, and follow up after the installation had been completed.
