I called in to get a quote on having some duct work done at my home now the lady that answers the phone was very nice and this is in no way pointed at her. The owner came out and had a look at what needed to be done and told us we had pretty much everything we needed to do the job up there and said he would get a quote put together and have it emailed to us. A week or 2 had passed and never received anything I called back and the lady apologized and said she would check what was going on which she did. BUT!!!!! she called me back and was told that the owner was not going to submit an estimate for my job because they didn't have time to do my job and that it would be expensive. Again this isn't on her rather the business and owner completely unprofessional.

Local company who has always given me good honest service. No matter what the issue was , concerning my heat and air system. I would recommend beach over a lot of other " local " companies.

This is a sad story of a very dissatisfied customer. We purchased a house with a new Trane unit installed by Beach less than a year old. Since then we have had nothing but trouble with our A/C unit shutting off and not working. The unit is still under warranty which covers parts but not labor. To date, the technicians from Beach have been to our home almost a dozen times and the problem still isn't fixed. We waited over 2 months for an ordered part to arrive and they never contacted us. When I called, they weren't even sure what part was supposed to have been ordered. Since, we have had that same part changed twice and it didn't fix the problem. When I call, they do show up, but I am tired of paying for calls that aren't fixing anything. The tech who came out yesterday could not decipher the fault code and said he did not have the book for my unit with him so he wrote it down and left. They installed my unit and should know which model I have since they have been to "fix" it multiple times. When I called this morning to check in, they didn't know which tech was even at my home yesterday. I have been waiting for a call from the owner and haven't received it. My A/C is still broken with no end in sight. I hate leaving poor reviews and have been giving them the benefit of the doubt but this has gone on for too long. Our first call to them this year (after multiple calls last year too) was in May and it is still not fixed 4 months later. I would not reccomend this company. Period. Update: After a dozen house calls and much prodding, a repairman from Beach finally found the problem. When they installed my unit in 2015, the installer sabotaged my system by intentionally lodging a penny in the copper line between my heat pump outside and my indoor unit. The service tech showed us the blockage and stated that it is a closed system and impossible for the penny to have made it in after installation. The installer from Beach intentionally sabotaged our unit causing 3 years worth of service calls, breakdowns, and frustration. I have called the office every day since getting this information and although the secretary is nice, the owner refuses to call us back. They are completely and deliberately at fault for our problems and refuse to even discuss it with us. Not even Comcast has worse customer service. A call to the BBB is in order. I do NOT reccomend Beach!!!
