  Excellent! A/C stopped producing cold air and assumed that it would have to replaced as it's an older model. Called Be Cool and Jesse promptly came out to take a look at it. He found that there was a hole in the evaporator coil and was able to solder it. That solved the problem immediately. Two days later he followed up to make sure it was still working. This was in July (eight months ago) and it's still working perfectly. The repair cost was significantly less than the cost of a new unit. He could have said that I needed a new unit and I wouldn't have questioned it, but he was honest and saved me thousands of dollars. I can't recommend Be Cool / Jesse enough. He was honest, trustworthy, professional, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and prompt.

  Thank you Jesse! My parents have used Jesse multiple times and have been extremely satisfied with his service. So when I was having an AC issue they recommended him. Unfortunately I live in another county and Jesse doesn't service my area but he gave me some things to check and it fixed the problem. Thank you again!

  In Vero Beach, had an AC problem ON THE WEEKEND. Jesse (the owner) came right out Saturday morning. Diagnosed my problem within 20 minutes. Replaced the part, recharged with coolant, suctioned the drainage, gave me some good maintenance advice. Finished up within an hour or so. Very professional. Reasonably priced. I'm most satisfied and am placing his card on file for future reference. Recommended without reservation.
