I recently had a new HVAC system installed in my home by BC Express and I'm very happy with the results. Lyle and Brett did an outstanding job. They were professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. My old system wasn't energy efficient but the new one is humming like a bird. I recommend this company, you won't be disappointed.

What a company!!! Fantastic, just the way I ran my own company years ago. Very fair. Office staff, spoke with Nancy, Valerie and another man in the office and they all were so helpful. Alex and Sabas, technicians, were terrific. They gave me pricing for a new unit which may be needed in the future. I will definitely use them again. Joe Palestini, Forked River.

Our experience from our first phone call to the completion of our HVAC installation was outstanding. The fan in our oil furnace went out unexpectedly, rending our entire HVAC system useless. We were interested in converting to gas, but wanted to get a ballpark idea of the cost before converting. Most companies we contacted refused to even give us a ballpark figure or send anyone out until we had NJNG hook up the gas, (which we obviously didn't want to do until we had a ballpark figure). BC express gave us a ballpark figure and sent someone out to take a look. Joe S. was fantastic. He gave us a ball park figure and was even willing to give me a quote that day. He walked us through the conversion process including the financing, the timetable, and the installation. He answered any questions I emailed him over the next few days promptly. He even alerted me when the process got stalled with NJNG and told me how to get it moving again. Despite all this great customer service, he was never "pushy" like the typical salesperson. The crew who came to install the gas furnace were friendly and processional. They did a great job with the installation. Overall, I'd recommend BC express to anyone looking to convert to gas or replace their existing HVAC system.
