  I ordered duct cleaning from them. That went fine... I think... not like I can really tell, but I was surprised it took about 1.5 hours for such an expensive service. That came with a year of free maintenance. They called me 6 months later to remind me, so sure I had the tech come out. He then told me the UV light in my downstairs air handler wasn't working. The first thing I asked was "is it the bulb?" He said no, the entire unit wasn't getting power and he didn't know why. Then he proceeded to try and sell me UV light packages for over $1000 each (these things are $100 on Amazon). So I pulled off the air handler cover and sure enough the bulb was *obviously* dead. It was brown and damaged - there's no possible way anyone could've missed that. I ordered a replacement bulb and it's working fine. This whole experience has me feeling like Bayside is a bunch of used car salesmen and the year of maintenance is just a scam to sell you unnecessary repairs.

  They cleaned my duct work and provided me 2 free AC maintenance which I thought was great. This was not my normal company I used but my typical AC company didn't do duct cleaning. They came and did my AC Maintenace and installed the float switch upside down. I contacted my normal ac company when my AC didn't work when I needed it a few days later. I was not thinking it had anything to do with the routine maintenance that had happen. I paid the service fee for the AC company to tell me that the safety switch/float switch was installed upside down when they cleaned out my drain line. I contacted them hoping they would reimburse me the service fee but that was a big no. I will not have them back at my house for anything further.

  Fast, affordable, professional! They installed a three head mini split system for me quickly and for an affordable price! So glad I went with my gut and got a second quote and found these guys. Will be using them for all of my AC needs from now on!
