  My hot water stopped working on a Thurs and Steve from Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning made sure he was able to get to my house on Friday and temporarily fix the problem until the parts came in. However, another wrench happened where my wife & I had to go out of town unexpectedly. Steve worked with my neighbor who watched my house while we were gone. Much appreciated and wonderful service. Thank you.

  We could not be happier with the service received from Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning company. These guys do a great job. Very knowledgeable and supply quality service and products. They arrived on time & completed job as promised. We were impressed with how they took care of our home around job site and cleaned up afterwards. Very impressed with the professionalism of everyone we came into contact with during our project. We highly recommend this company.

  Steve came out & did a wonderful job. He was extremely thorough with his tune-up and was even authorized to address an additional concern with the venting at no extra charge. There was no up-sell or gimmicks. I recommend them & will now be a permanent subscriber to their preventive maintenance. I would also like to add that their last service on my unit was 2 years ago, when they fixed the A/C at no charge even though it was 6 months out of warranty!
