  Experienced, knowledgeable and gracious professionals. Brenda, Office Admin; Bill, Sales Engineer; and each one of the polite and skilled Tech/Installation team were ALL 5 Star! They have decades of experience. They installed a 3 unit Mitsubishi mini split system in my 1500 sq.ft. Hayward townhome. It changed my life! Don't start your project until you talk to Bill first. You'll be happy you did.

  I just had my AC replaced by Bay Area Climate Control. I chose them after interviewed 4 other companies on this project since it is a pretty large investment. I had most confident that they will do a good job even though I could have chose to go with someone else less expensive. Keith and his crew did a wonderful job. They are professional, efficient, respectful. All in all great work they did. Would diffidently recommend Bay Area Climate Control for your AC needs. You will have a peace of mind to go with them.

  My AC system wasn’t working. Called and got 2 technicians to my house in just a couple of hours. Bruce and Nick were excellent. Super courteous, very knowledgeable, thorough and took time to explain everything. The primary solution turned out to be a failed capacitor which was placed at a very reasonable price and they gave me some excellent advice about performance improvements as my return is a little undersized. BACC are now I’m my contacts list as my preferred supplier. Highly recommended
