Yes Robert was very polite & efficient in taking care all my concern issues . Robert  expertly fixed my thermostat  wiring issues and plenum sealing concerns. :-)))  He also made sure my system was running like a fine tuned watch. ;-))) Robert also took the time to expertly explain my air handlers controls as well as the safety drain cut off & what i need to clean the condensation line as well as what not to use . Bay Area came to my house today to do a tune-up after a year in service.
The tech guy, Vladimir, was here at the prescribed time and did his tune-up process. Everything was up to par and I'm good for another year. I had a few questions and Vladimir quickly gave me the answers. I would recommend Bay Area AC to my neighbors. I am very pleased with their service.

What a professional company, highly responsive, honest and a very reasonable fee.  The young tech that came out , Murphy was his name, was professional,  knowledgeable  and quick to determine the cause of our service call. He represented Bay Area Air Conditioning with an A+ attitude.  When our old clunker of an ac unit does finally have its last day I will call Bay Area for that replacement and ask for Murphy!

Excellent company, called at 9am made an appointment for 3pm and they were able to come earlier.  Service tech was awesome ordered parts needed and will be back before end of week. Wonderful service. This company is the company to go to for ac issues.

Dakota was very professional. The entire experience was top notch! Our system went out right in the middle of a cold snap here in Florida with temps going to be reaching around 27-30 degrees at night! We called Bay Area and they provided same day service and repair with a complimentary second opinion. We had previously used Angelic Air and were NOT impressed. We are so happy we called Bay Area instead! They also communicated with us every step of the way and Dakota our technician was right on time. He is very knowledgeable and cares about his career! I had Bay Area install a new system in my house—first house I’ve owned—but that is not why I am taking my time to write a review. I do have to say that they seem to have a decent management structure and took care of things as they came up while installing the new system. However, today I had them come out for regular service. Not only was Shane professional, courteous and barely made his presence known while working, but at the end he surprised me with my wedding ring he found that I had been looking for over the last two years. I definitely appreciate the honestly and character in such a person. Thank you Shane. I appreciate you sir.

Keith was our Service Tech and he was very professional, personable and knowledgeable.  Following our maintenance checkup and considering age of A/C unit, we decided to purchase a new A/C system through Bay Area. Mr. Taylor has always been engaged in the repair and maintenance of our system for the last 10 years. He is no longer engaged in that function. His excellence has not been matched in service provided by subsequent techs. I am currently waiting for Mr. Taylor to discuss and advise pricing on a new air to air heat pump  as ours is some 14 years old. I feel I must be prepared (and educated) for its replacement.

Excellent experience with Bay Area Air, we noticed that our AC wasn’t working and needed a service call. I contacted Bay Area Air @ 8:30 am. Not only was I able to get a fast appointment, Rob came and found the problem immediately
A quick trip to the office to pick up the part and we were fixed quickly and efficiently. We couldn’t be happier with the service!
