  Bay Area gave us a quote for a slightly better unit at a slightly lower cost than other vendors. One of the bigger companies was going to charge us an exorbitant amount just for the thermostat! With Bay Area, everything was included. The installation team did a great job. Everything was neat and in order when they were done. Overall an excellent experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

  We recently replaced our HVAC system and we couldn't be happier that we went with Bay Area. From soup to nuts (permitting to after installation thermostat configuration) they provided excellent, rapid and responsive service. The call center operators are cheerful and helpful. Previously they serviced our old system and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

  Email was returned promptly and set up a service date that I requested. Don showed up when he was supposed to and did a great job. Explained a few things and was very pleasant. Give me some quotes for new units when needed. Very good
