  We had a lot of questions as this was all new to us. Ted Baumer had patience and integrity with us. We chose his service over 2 others for the value and the communication. When it came to installation, it was mid-April and snowing! Ted and Thane worked hard to get my system up and running within 2 days. The reorientation of the furnace in my attic - Ted's idea - made a great difference in furnace accessibility and now in new storage space! I love the new system, so easy to use and quiet! Thank you so much!

  Ted Baumer is very knowledgeable and sincerely ethical, and does his work with a friendly spirit. He is very informative, and has great patience to answer a flood of questions. The supplier actually gave him mismatched equipment for my project, but he invested considerable time to diagnose and correct the issue. It is so valuable to me to work with someone I can trust. I also greatly appreciated his open willingness to educate himself about new technology by contacting the manufacturer’s technical support

  Greatful for the recommendation after calling and getting a quote from someone else who was going to charge by the unit versus the hour saved us a significant amount of money. Due to our pressing deadline we were fortunate to get considering how busy this season is for them. We had inspections required by our insurance and Ted was able to come out inspect them and replace one of our electric wall units. We will definitely use them in the future.
