  Woke up one Sunday morning with no heat. They came out and had me going within 4 hours of my phone call. It was cold that day. Prompt, polite, reasonable. They were great!

  Not impressed with their apparent disdain for continuing customer service. They do reasonably good initial work, but if there's a problem a couple of years thereafter, be prepared for the possibility that they won't take ownership of it. At the very least, they may treat your situation as one with low priority. So it could be a while before they respond in a meaningful way.

  Batts has serviced my residential dinosaur of a unit for a few years now. Always friendly and fair. All of the staff is courteous and very timely. I highly recommend this company. They even just saved my family's 4th of July by fixing my unit within an hour of calling their after hours service line.
