  Batkins is a great company. Very professional from initial contact. The service technicians were very professional. I am glad I found this local company, and I will continue to have them perform my annual heating and cooling maintenance.

  I have always received outstanding customer service --have used them for many years. They are always on time, very professional, knowledgeable about my unit and helped me to understand how to use it more efficiently. I really appreciate the courtesy shown whenever I have questions ( they answer all of the well so I can understand!) and I rest easy knowing if I have an emergency situation, they will be here. Can't say enough good things about everyone at this company--they are like family to us!

  These folks are great. They service our HVAC systems twice and year and come immediately when we have had a problem. Means a lot to know you will not need to swelter or freeze for days waiting for them. They are very responsive and very customer friendly. Cannot find anything to say about them except something very good. And they back up their work.
