Depends on what you are at the court house for. Dealings with anything from the prosecuters office or actual court proceedings are actually what nightmares are made of. If you are charged with anything in Bates Co plan on a plea bargain. Most likely supervised probation and a felony charge. Even the innocent are guilty here. I was once told by my public defender when I asked to see the evidence against me "why they will make it harder on you." There was a recent dealing with the circuit clerks office when a woman told me that someone I know needed to schedule their chemotherapy treatments around their court date. Yes she was serious. Other officials are very helpful and nice to deal with. A recent study has shown every American unknowingly breaks atleast one law when they leave their home for the day. Unfortunately in Bates Co they don't miss even the simplest mistake with out charging someone. Good luck to all!!!

Fines based on looks/story. If you have court here I’d get a lawer or they’re gonna screw you over. Had court lots in my life never anything like this.
