  As an employee basx was not a good place. Some employees are allowed to literally do whatever they want, including running around intimidating other employees. Lazy employees were promoted while others worked very hard to please the company and didn't get anywhere. Very little training, you ask someone a question about the work and you listen, then another person comes and asks why are you doing that? Very unprofessional and hostile environment. Management needs to step up!!!! Terrible place to work! Do your research before having anything to do with this company.

  I worked here three years ago. Robert and George Palmer would start the day off saying "you could all be replaced" and would oftenly call people retarted in the morning team meetings. We would work 6 days a week 12 HR days. Genuinely the worste place ive ever worked and ive had some bad jobs through out the years. I strongly discourage you from applying to this job

  I have worked for BASX for about 8 months now and have had a wonderful experience. I work personally for Robert (the shop supervisor) who is a great manager and a team player. He also helped start Huntair in 1992 and worked there for 17 years in the same position he has now at BASX If you're a hard worker, your work won't go unnoticed. This is a very busy, growing company with a great team. The shop started with about 12 employees and in two years we are up to about 200, which is very exciting but also stressful at times! If you are ever interested at working at BASX, it is a very demanding job and you have to want to work. We have a very diverse group of people and make everyone feel welcome no matter your ethnicity, religion..etc. If you know someone with a great work ethic this is a great opportunity. We are always hiring and looking for new hard working people. Also keep in mind, I was reading some of the reviews. It is very unfortunate that disgruntled former employees can percieve a great company to be less than that. Maybe before a former employee(s) leaves a horrible review trying to tarnish a good company's reputation, they should take a hard look in the mirror to see why they personally were let go.
