  They came out to take a look at our heat pump/ac unit after it was smoking. After several visits ($600+ worth), replacing a $300 thermostat with a $50 one (which wasn't even the problem), our unit still did not function properly. Added to that, when it did run properly it would flip the breaker (which was not a problem before). Another company came to look, and it was just a loose wire that needed tightening. Not to mention a technician entered our home on the last visit without permission and argued with me about his "right" to be there. Will never use this company again, and will never recommend them to anyone.

  Paid to have a unit installed in 2018. A/C wouldn’t kick on in May 2020. Was 32 weeks pregnant with a 4 yr old and it took them a week to even come out! Then found out the screws weren’t put in a cover during installation. Charged me for a temporary fix and wanted me to pay even more for new wiring. Got told I had to have taken the screws out of my own unit! Why would I pay to have something installed and sabotage it to have to pay more out of my own pocket? Wouldn’t recommend them at all

  Had several other companies quote 600-900 to fix my beer cooler. Ron was out 30 minutes after we called and fixed an issue that nobody else had been able to fix. Total cost was less than $300. Thanks for the great work and service!
