  Heat not working. Gave me 2 electric heaters that did not work and took 2 weeks to get the problem fixed. Told them to leave my key after fixing the heat problem and left a note to NOT touch the thermostat. I had turned it off during the day because it was warm out and I didn't want them to turn it on (didn't want to waste electricity). When I came home after work, not only did they turn the heat on and not leave the key, they also left behind garbage. Do NOT use these people. They SUCK!!
