  Barrett Heating and Cooling is a highly professional, local business. We’ve had them out for yearly maintenance on our two AC units, two furnaces, and we had them install a new humidifier at the beginning of 2021 in the upstairs unit. We recently had some leaking from the basement humidifier and Greg came out same day to fix the issue, which happened to be Christmas Eve. Last night we thought we heard water coming through the wall from the upstairs unit so we called Barrett again. Steve and Greg came out tonight and realized that it wasn’t the furnace, but our half bath sink had a leak. Instead of leaving and telling us to call a plumber, they helped us out and fixed the issue for us! This new mother of twins is appreciative of Greg and Steve’s dedication to making the customer experience absolutely phenomenal.

  My hot water heater sprang a large leak on a Saturday, I shut the water off. Called Monday morning, they came immediately, gave an estimate and we scheduled installation Tuesday morning (I had to work and had a two hour break on Tuesday morning). The install was a success! I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

  Barrett's Heating and Cooling is amazing. I called them for my air conditioning last summer and they were great. So when my water heater broke, I decided to call them. Price was what they told me it would be with no extra hidden fees or taxes both times. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They installed my water heater perfectly and were there at the time they said they would be. Their customer service was beyond any other company that I have dealt with. I definitely recommend Barrett's Heating and Cooling.
