  Our realtor hired Barreras mechanical to mount and install a drain loop in our (currently functioning) dishwasher. He also did some other work around the house, including installing covers on exterior outlets. When he was done "fixing" the dishwasher, it no longer drained and flooded the floor. He installed the drain loop hanging down, when they are supposed to point up (which a simple Google image search demonstrates). The exterior outlet covers blew off two days after he installed them. Furthermore, our toilet was clogged and we asked him to fix it. He said it couldn't be snaked and it would "cost him too much money and time" to fix it. We called Roto-Rooter and they snaked it and fixed it in 10 minutes.
