  I would not recommend this company at all. Connie who answers the phone does not know how to talk to people on the phone. She is very rude. They do not care if they get your business or not they must be doing pretty good. I explained that the thermostat was not shutting off at my mother's house and that her house was 95 degrees. When I asked if they could change a thermostat for my mother after lunch. Connie asked why can't we get there earlier? I explained that my 85 year old mother has congestive heart failure and is on oxygen 24/7 and can not get up and around like we do especially if she does not sleep well the night before. Connie with her smart attitude acting like I was lying, then told me they could not get to her that day. When I asked when they could get to my mom, she could not tell me a definite time. So what am I supposed to do Connie wait around on you until you decide to send someone at your convenience? I don't think so. So I called Butler Heating & cooling who was extremely NICE and very helpful. They sent two guys over the same day and took care of my mother! They were very respectful unlike Connie. Connie you should take lessons from Butler Heating & cooling on how to answer the phone, how to talk respectful to people when they answer the phone and also helping out the elderly people in our community who are not in great health, but have need of your services. You should have the elderly people on top priority! So Connie calls me the next day to send someone out and when I tell her we already had it taken care of, She said, "thanks for letting me know" and hangs up the phone. REALLY? This is how you treat your customers? I am no longer a customer and will never call you people again. I have never left a negative post on anyone before but Connie deserves one. If I did not have to mark a star to enter the post you would not even get one star from me. You would get negative 5 stars!

  If you are going to write a review, get it correct. You paid $3,515.00 not $6,000.00 for a 4 ton Lennox heat pump, moved the unit, cleaned indoor coil and ran all new copper lines. That was total which also included freight, labor and sales tax. Just getting the facts straight.

  We bought a brand new air conditioning unit for this guy four years ago. We paid 6,000 for the unit and it’s went out every summer and had to be repaired. The first year the compressor went out. I would not recommend this company. Buyers beware!
