  Justin was coming through the neighborhood after a recent power surge to offer checkups/service to those who might have been affected. Although my system was working fine, I took him up on the check-up special. He was polite and friendly and explained everything he was doing. I had him install surge protectors and a hard start kit on the A/C, which he was able to do right away because he had the parts on hand. I'm glad I had this done - now I have peace of mind and a contact for future maintenance.

  We have been using Barker heating and cooling for 1.5 years now. I am glad that my new HVAC unit is being serviced well right from the beginning by a good company. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and offer several pieces of useful advice for keeping the HVAC running smoothly. Highly recommended!!!

  We had been out of town and came home to find issues with our furnace blowing cold air instead of warm air & making weird noises. Our thermostat was showing 57 in our house so I Googled Heating and Barker Heating & Cooling came up with positive reviews. I contacted them in the morning on the phone & explained the problem & they managed to fit us in the same day!Tim Bolger the tech showed up,very personable,thorough,& knowledgeable & performed diagnostics & cleaned our 35 year old heater & got it running once again. Great customer service with explaining everything that was going on as well as suggestions . He truly loves his job/company and it shows!! I highly recommend Barker Heating & Cooling & when we decide to replace our furnace, will use them for sure!
