  Our AC went out in the middle of the summer and Mitch made sure we were well taken care of! He came out quick to assess and had a new unit installed and up and running ASAP! They also followed up to make sure it was cooling nicely and we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend to anyone needing HVAC services!

  Unit was way undersized to keep up even after outside temp exceeds 90 degrees (I am familiar with properly sizing units, I am an architect). Heat load was improperly calculated for a historic home. Ductwork was not properly sized and failed after only a few months. Wanted to charge to correct, said that warranty only covered mechanical equipment, but not correcting their failed attempt to properly size the unit. He tried to tell us that it was properly sized, but the house is just miserable and kitchen is unusable after 90 degree temps. Anticipating his response, I would point out again, I am an architect I know mechanical systems, this was done incorrectly.
