  I am in shock. My 84 year old mom was taken to the ER in Carthage by ambulance. I called and asked them to call me when they knew something. After about 45 minutes Eric called me and was so nice to explain what was going on with my mom. She told me she would make me point of contact and for me to let my other family members know how she was doing, which I did. I called back after 3 hours to see how she was doing? Erica was gone, so I spoke with Tecia. Let me say that in all of my 61 years, I have never been treated in such a rude manner. With a very rude tone, she said she could not give me any information? I was shocked. I asked her why she said the family told them not to give me any information. She went on to say the Power of attorney told her that. I could not believe her tone of voice. I tried to tell her that I was power of attorney but she told me she did me she did not have time to talk with me and hung the phone up . I can deal with whomever told her that but my point is how this lady spoke to me. I have never been treated so rudely in my life.
